How It’s Done (Process Overview)
1. Inspection & Cleaning
CCTV or hydro‑jetting is used to identify blockages and assess the condition of the pipeline before lining.
2. Liner Preparation
A custom felt or fiberglass tube is impregnated with resin on-site, tailored to the specific pipe size and requirements.
3. Installation
The liner is inserted into the host pipe using either inversion or pull-in methods, typically driven by air or hydrostatic pressure.
4. Curing
The resin is cured using steam, hot water, or UV light depending on site conditions and liner type.
5. Connection & Testing
Laterals are reinstated using robotic cutters. The line is then pressure tested and quality checked per ASTM/ISO standards.
